Reba has served as CEO since October 1, 2021, bringing more than a decade of experience in substance use and behavioral health services. Since entering the field in 2013, she has been recognized for her leadership and advocacy, including receiving the Summit County ADM Board’s 2016 Trailblazer Award and the Change Maker Award from Love Akron.

A dedicated community leader, Reba has served as President of the Board of Directors for Ohio Recovery Housing (ORH) and remains actively involved with the Opiate Task Force’s Policy and Advocacy Subcommittee, Hope United, and the Re-Entry Coalition. Her passion for recovery, housing, and community collaboration continues to drive meaningful change throughout the region.
